Refund Policy

HaMi Code Việt offers a fair refund policy for users.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund within 14 days of payment
• Applies only to the first payment of a plan (not renewals)
• Does not apply to products more than 50% consumed
• Does not apply to the AI Unlimited tier if more than 100 conversations have been used

Requesting a Refund

1. Go to the refunds page
2. Select the transaction to refund
3. Enter the reason for the refund
4. Submit the request
5. Admin reviews within 3–5 business days

Processing Time

After approval, funds are returned via PayPal within 5–10 business days.
