Why Verify Your Email?

Email verification is a critical security step that confirms the email address you registered with actually belongs to you. Verification also unlocks the full set of account features, including password reset requests and system notifications.

How to Verify Your Email

1. After signup, the system automatically sends a verification email to the address you provided
2. Open your email inbox
3. Look for an email from HaMi Code Việt with a verification code in the subject line
4. Click the verification link in the email or enter the code on the verification page
5. After successful verification, you will be redirected to your dashboard

Request a New Verification Email

If you did not receive a verification email or the link has expired, you can request a new one:

1. Go to the verification pending page
2. Click the Resend verification email button
3. Check your inbox (including the spam folder)

Troubleshooting

Email not arriving

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure the registered email address is correct
• Wait 5 to 10 minutes for delivery
• Add [email protected] to your safe senders list
• Contact [email protected] if you still do not receive it

Verification link expired

Verification links are valid for 24 hours. If a link has expired, request a new verification email.

Verification code invalid

If the verification code is not accepted, make sure you enter the exact 6-character code. Codes are case-sensitive. If it still does not work, request a new code.
