Child Safety Framework

HaMi Code Việt is committed to protecting learners under 18. The safety framework includes multiple layers of protection:

Content Filtering

• All AI content passes through a safety classifier before display
• Creator content goes through a review process before publishing
• Content is categorized by age: 8–10, 11–13, 14–17, 18–24
• Filters detect: violence, adult content, hate speech, personal information

Guardians

Learners under 13 must have a guardian (parent) register and verify. See the guardian guide.

• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (US)
• GDPR-K — Children's data protection regulation (EU)
• Vietnam Cybersecurity Law — Content regulations compliance
